Statewide presence, nationwide impact
RENCI is a dynamic virtual organization comprised of an anchor site at Europa Center in Chapel Hill, Triangle area facilities on the campuses of Duke, North Carolina State and UNC-Chapel Hill, and regional facilities across the state.

All RENCI sites participate in major research projects, contribute expertise and resources to issues of statewide concern, and connect the people in their region to high performance computing resources, applications and collaboration tools.

All RENCI locations will link to each other, to other statewide and regional groups, and to national research communities via the North Carolina Research and Education Network (NCREN).
