This visualization project focuses on developing multi-site collaborative virtual worlds in Open Cobalt for RENCI engagement sites. Open Cobalt is an open source software development environment for creating and deploying collaborative multi-user online applications on multiple operating systems and devices. The goal is to create a collaborative online environment where users at all the RENCI engagement centers can easily communicate, collaborate and share resources and applications.
