RENCI/NCSA MotifNetwork
Overview
The RENCI/NCSA MotifNetwork environment is the beginning of a
comprehensive software environment designed to provide access to
high-throughput domain-based analysis of genome-size collections of
input sequences. This is accomplished by integrating many existing
technologies into new and interoperable forms and simplifying
access for the researchers. This environment utilizes a substantial
amount of computational resources made possible by the
incorporation of High Performance Computing (HPC) and grid
computing concepts into MotifNetwork.
