This is a document describing how to use the OSG Engagement resource selection system on your own submit host.

The EngageReSS tool which gets installed is a third level in a hierarchy of ReSS tools. The top level is the ReSS Condor Collector at FNAL. The second level is the Engagement central server at RENCI, and the third is what you will be installing today. At each level, some massaging of the ReSS ClassAds takes place.

EngageReSS will be continuously run on your submit machine. It will bring down updated ClassAds from the Engagement collector, monitor the queue to update ranks, and monitor your jobs to keep track of job success rates.
